SHIPPING AND DISPATCH
We like to keep it quick and simple. All domestic orders are shipped via Sendle and Australia Post from Torquay, VIC (3228). A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you and you will receive updates throughout the delivery process. All orders will automatically have authority to leave the parcel in a safe place if you are not home.
SAME DAY DISPATCH: for all orders placed before 2.00pm. If products are likely to be delayed, we denote this in the product title.
All domestic orders shipped by Sendle or Auspost. We offer an upgraded option of $5.00 for Auspost Express Post (1-3 days).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: calculated at checkout.
ARE THE PRODUCTS AUSTRALIAN MADE?
Gosh yes! We make all of our products in house at our Torquay manufacturing facility. We also make natural deodorants and skincare for some other popular brands worldwide.
Our deodorant tubes are totally recyclable, made from two types of plastic, AS and HDPE. They are strong enough to be continually used so we will be offering refills for them very soon too. The deodorant itself is totally biodegradable and compostable.
ARE THE PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE AND VEGAN?
Absolutely no animal testing or cruelty is used in any aspect of the production of our products. Whilst many vegans are happy to use our products, we do not claim to be totally vegan on the basis that bee made beeswax is used to keep our product solid. We only source our beeswax from Australia’s biggest bee health advocates.
I HAVE USED NATURAL DEODORANTS BEFORE AND THEY DIDN’T WORK, WHY WILL Pure Deo Co. WORK?
Pure Deo Co. natural deodorant is not only the best natural deodorant on the market, but better than commercially available deodorants. The natural oils in this product hold the odour eliminating properties to your skin and continually neautralise bacteria throughout the day rather than mask it with a scent, or restrict your body from sweating at all. As you use this product over time, you will notice that your sweat doesn’t smell; bacteria smells.
WHAT DO I DO IF SENSITIVTY OCCURS FROM WEARING THIS DEODORANT?
Sensitivity can occur using any deodorant. We advise you stop use if you experience pain or discomfort. If you are ‘detoxing’ from a commercial anti-perspirant product you will be sweating out the accumulation of trapped bacteria and aluminium salts. This usually smells bad, and can cause irritation to your skin.
Our product does contain a small amount of Sodium Bicarbonate (or Baking Soda for our USA customers). A small percentage of people can react to these products. This ingredient is quite alkaline and very effective at neutralising odour causing bacteria. Due to its’ effectiveness, you only need about 2-3 swipes of our product. We regularly find that the majority of reported sensitivity occurs in conjunction with applying a large amount of the product. ‘Natural’ does not mean less effective with our products.
If you have sensitive skin or have experienced sensitivity to other natural deodorant products we recommend that you proceed with caution, but with the knowledge that the quantity of Sodium Bicarbonate is comparatively low to many other products. We recommend spot testing a small amount of the product initially.

WILL THIS DEODORANT STAIN MY CLOTHES?
The deodorant is oil based and some of this oil will remain on your skin surface throughout the day. With any oil there is potential for this to stain clothing if used to excess or if it is consistency rubbing on tight fitting clothing. Please ensure the product is used as per our usage instructions and has been absorbed by the skin prior to dressing.
If you find oil stains on your clothing as a result of this deodorant, the first wash is the most important. Use a good quality stain remover with hot water to treat the stain. Cold water washing may set oil within the fibres of your clothing. Pure Deo Co. accepts no responsibility for stains to clothing.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns of personal care items for health and safety reasons. However if there is an issue we will work with you to rectify the situation so please contact us.
Due to these products being personal care items we will not refund or exchange items unless they have defects or damage caused in the production of the product, or the product is yet to be shipped. Pure Deo Co. produces their products under strict conditions of measurement, cleanliness and record keeping. We do not accept liability for an individual’s reaction to ingredients contained within our products nor do we accept liability for an individual’s own body odour whilst using our products as this can be a result of many factors including but not limited to: diet, general health, stress, toxicity, hygiene and lifestyle.
If your product has not yet shipped and you request a refund, you may be refunded the transaction amount less the fees associated with the original sale (2% for Shopify payments, 3% for PayPal orders and 6% for Afterpay orders). If you been sent a tracking number from your shipment, we cannot issue a refund.
We do however, guarantee to try to help you to find a natural solution that suits your needs and will provide advice throughout this process.
